Sumatra File Manager remembers what was copied to the clipboard. Clipboard History in the command palette lists the entries. Enter opens one.

A leading ! in the filter box runs a command in the current folder. As you type it lists matching programs and earlier commands.

Ctrl + A selects every row. Dragging a selection out of the window takes all the selected files.
